Sixpack Millenium stem

Product news: The Millenium series from Sixpack Racing is aimed at friends of smooth gravity sports. The current range includes a large number of components "Engineered in Germany", which appeal to enduro riders as well as downhill cracks. Now the company based near Ravensburg is expanding the line with a CNC-milled stem made of 6061-T6 aluminum.

Sixpack Millenium stem

With the new CNC-milled Millenium stem, the southern German component manufacturer Sixpack Racing is expanding its portfolio. The stem made of 6061-T6 aluminum is offered in lengths of 35 mm and 45 mm with a rise of 0°. The stem cap with a clamping angle of 270° is designed to guarantee the rider maximum stability even when walking rough. According to the manufacturer, the component was tested together with EFBE testing technology according to the currently toughest standards in the industry and divided into five categories. According to the information, the Millenium stem belongs to Product Category 5, which certifies suitability for the toughest downhill and bike park use (with jumps or heels higher than 122cm).

“For us, product performance means flawless quality and functionality in combination with an attractive design. Uncompromising product performance with style means fun on the trail and success between the tapes. Whether you’re an athlete or a mountain biker like you and me – everyone chooses components that look great. If the product quality and functionality are also right, nothing is left to be desired and you can concentrate fully on enjoying the sport, because that's what we're all about at the core." - Markus Zander, CEO of SIXPACK Racing

Despite the high stability, the stem does not push the weight up unnecessarily. Thanks to the well thought-out cutouts and the clever construction, the scales remain at 128 grams according to Sixpack Racing - with a stem length of 35 millimeters and a 35 millimeter clamp. The Millenium stem is available with a clamp diameter of 31,8 or 35 millimeters, which means that it is compatible with common handlebar models. Visually, the stem with its black anodized body and the one-piece headstock in anodized racing gray fits seamlessly into the Millenium series. Subtle information on the stem makes assembly easier. The price of the latest component from the Sixpack Racing is 109,50 euros.
