Cycling: The EF team claimed the podium in the Tour Colombia in terms of general classification. Daniel Felipe Martínez and Sergio Higuita also secured a double victory on the final stage.

The third Tour Colombia is entirely in the hands of Team EF. The pink and blue team not only dominated that team time trial at the start, but also the final stage. Daniel Felipe Martinez and Sergio Higuita made the double victory perfect. They directed tour winners Egan Bernal (Ineos) by three seconds in third place. Overall victory goes to Sergio Higuita ahead of his teammates Daniel Felipe Martinez and Jonathan Klever Caicedo. The decision in the overall standings was therefore already made on day one, when the EF team dominated the team time trial and was already able to put a large gap between themselves and the competition.
