Cycling: Fabio Jakobsen (Deceuninck – Quick-Step) is the name of the winner of the fourth stage of the Tour of California. The Dutchman left Jasper Philipsen (UAE Team Emirates) and Peter Sagan (Bora – hansgrohe) behind in the mass sprint. Tejay Van Garderen (EF Education First) continues to lead in the overall standings
