Product news: The Wahoo Elemnt has been one of the most popular bike computers for some time due to its connectivity and ease of use. High-quality design and good map material make the Wahoo Element a perfect companion.
The Wahoo Elemnt comes in a classy, compact package. The scope of delivery includes three different brackets for mounting on different handlebars and stems. Cable ties for mounting and a USB charging cable are also included. With the Wahoo Elemnt app you can pair your smartphone and bike computer and make all the settings. It is advisable to connect the Elemnt to the local WLAN at the same time. Then the bike computer at home synchronizes itself automatically and independently.
Wahoo Element - Connectivity
The Wahoo Elemnt uses the interfaces ANT+, WLAN and Bluetooth and thus guarantees excellent connectivity. ANT+ can be used to connect to a wide variety of sensors, such as heart rate monitors or power meter cranks. Wahoo also offers a package with a heart rate monitor, cadence sensor and speed sensor, with which you can expand the features again. Of course, the Elemnt can also communicate with the Wahoo KICKR Trainer. Routes can be transferred directly to the home trainer and real routes can be simulated at home. In addition, the Wahoo Elemnt has preinstalled workouts and training programs that have been created through the long-standing partnership with Team Sky. The map material from Wahoo is very extensive, especially for road bikes, and the Wahoo Elemnt can also find almost all trails and tracks in the forest.
Wahoo Element Operation
Operating the Wahoo Elemnt is very intuitive and simple. The hardware buttons on the front can be used to switch between the differently configured screens. These screens can be individually configured in the app according to your own needs. The hardware buttons on the right work like a kind of zoom for the different screens. The buttons can be used to set how much information is displayed on each screen.
