Product news: FOR.BICY JACPACK: Practical combination of backpack and rain jacket

11 October 2018 by Andrew Waldera

Market: The Italian family company For.Bicy has a particularly practical solution for commuters who cycle to work every day. The FOR.BICY JACPACK is a unique combination of backpack and rain jacket. The highlight: In a matter of seconds, a waterproof and windproof anorak can be conjured up from the backpack in just a few simple steps.

Ambitious bicycle commuters are definitely required to be able to take things. If the journeys to work in nice, sunny weather are very light-footed, as befits their status, when it rains their mood changes just as quickly as the weather. The solution for all weather conditions is a waterproof backpack and a rain jacket - certainly the standard equipment of all commuters. The Italian family company For.Bicy goes one step further. The FOR.BICY JACPACK is a smart combination of backpack and waterproof and windproof anorak. Thanks to innovative functions, a light, breathable rain jacket can be conjured up from the backpack in just a few simple steps within seconds, which not only protects the cyclist but also the backpack itself from the rain.

Welded zips and elastic cuffs on the wrists keep the moisture away from the body, the protected backpack offers a safe place for a laptop or similar even in the rain. The reflectors and the attachment points for additional rear lights offer increased safety on the road. The adjustable, ergonomically shaped carrier system is intended to ensure optimum carrying comfort for the commuter. The FOR.BICY JACPACK is available in the sizes 10 and 15 liters and in different color variants as a men's or women's model. Depending on the size, the price is 199,00 or 229,00 euros.
