Product news: Product News: Creme Cycles Eve 'E 7 / Ristretto / Happy Wagon

July 17, 2018 by the editorial office

Product news: Creme Cycles is expanding its portfolio with three new e-bikes. The Creme Eve 'E, designed for women and the Ristretto for men. The Creme Happy Wagon is for the whole family - whether pack mules or transporting the children. We saw the bikes at the SportsNut booth at the Eurobike and will present them to you individually.

Creme Cycles are known for their classic urban bikes. Slim and stylish lines characterize the frame of the Creme Cycle. Creme is now expanding its portfolio with three different new e-bikes. All models come with Shimano Steps motor and 7-speed hub gears.

Cream Eve 'E

chic lines characterize the frame

The Eve 'E 7 will be available in two versions: one with a Shimano Steps E5000 / 504 Wh motor for 3999,- Euro and with a Shimano Steps E5000 / 418 Wh motor for 2899,- Euro. Both bikes are driven by a Gates belt and have a 7-speed Shimano Nexus rear hub.

Frame, handlebars, cranks, rims are made of aluminum and partly highly polished. In addition, the Creme Eve 'E comes with a stylish bell, Büchel front light, Spanninga Pixeo rear light and an aluminum front basket. Schwalbe tires and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes ensure safety and comfort. Available in size 44,5cm and 52cm.

Cream ristretto

The men's version, the Ristretto, also comes in two versions. 3999The top-of-the-line model costs €5000. This includes a Shimano Steps E504/7 Wh motor powered by a Shimano Nexus XNUMX-speed rear hub and a Gates CDX belt drive. WTB Horizon tires provide comfort, and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes provide the necessary safety. The handlebars, fork, and rims are made of aluminum. The frame is made of chromoly (steel).

To give the bike a certain something, the handles and saddle come from San Marco, and a stainless steel carrier is installed at the front and rear. In order to have the necessary overview at night, Creme Cycles installed the Supervnova E3 front light and Spanninga Pixeo rear light. The cheaper model for 3299 euros comes with a Shimano Steps E500 / 418 Wh motor and minor changes to the equipment, such as a different saddle and grips. The cream ristretto is available in the sizes 49.5cm, 55cm, 60.5cm.

Cream Happy Wagon

Cream Cycles

The basic equipment of the Creme Happy Wagon costs 3999,- euros. For that, you get a Shimano Steps E6100 / 504 Wh motor and a 7-speed Shimano Nexus hub gear. An additional battery can be easily mounted. There are six different options for upgrading the rear carrier. A dropper seat post from Kind Shock is installed for comfortable mounting and dismounting. We're seeing this more often these days and think it's a good idea.

In the basic configuration, a wooden board is mounted at the rear, a passenger handle, two shafts, one of which is adjustable, side bag holders and folding footrests. In addition, loading wings, front shelf, a safety cage and a seat upholstery can be ordered.

Thanks to the adjustment options for the handlebars and saddle, the wagon can be driven with a body height of 150 cm to 190 cm. If the battery is empty, according to the manufacturer, the Happy Wagon should be able to be moved and maneuvered like a normal bicycle. Wide Schwalbe Super Moto and Schwalbe Crazy Bob tires are used. The Happy Wagon is slowed down with Shimano BR 425 hydraulic brakes.
