The carbon wheelset made from one piece combines lightweight construction and stability. Sure, the one-piece construction comes at a price; so you will have to spend around 3500 euros for the carbon fiber work of art. The Syncros Silverton SL will be available from autumn 2018. Syncros Silverton SL in detail
The closer you look at the noble works, the more details catch your eye. On the one hand there is the arrangement and the special shape of the spokes. This design aims to achieve maximum stability and good aerodynamics. This is why the driver can expect around 30% more stability than with conventional spoked wheels. The result is of course due to the special construction. Of course, the greatest challenge for the engineers was to produce a wheel from one piece. Initially, more than 30 different molds were used, but this was reduced to 8 molds for series production. After hardening, the inner workings of the hub are married. The spokes are tensioned, the usual centering process is no longer necessary.

Many will ask themselves what happens if something breaks with this system? Small injuries or even a torn spoke can be repaired to a certain extent. Syncros therefore offers a crash replacement, which is appropriate for such an exquisite wheelset. This is staggered as follows:
- There is a 50% discount in the first year after purchase
- 30% discount in the second year
- And in the third year the discount drops to 20% when buying a replacement.
