cycling: Video: Astana team car almost runs over Tour de Yorkshire marshal

Tour de Yorkshire: On yesterday's final stage of the Tour de Yorkshire, the Astana team car drove over a lane divider on a descent and just missed an official marshal.

We're deeply sorry about the incident with our team car. The sport director that was driving the car contacted the race organizer directly after the race to send our apologies. We're trying to get in touch with the marshal as well. We're sorry and want this to never happen again.

Florian Nowak is a professional cyclist at the EuropeTour level and has competed in many international races. At the German championship in 2017, he was the best non-WorldTour professional in 7th place and was therefore able to recommend himself for the Tour de L'Avenir and the World Championships.
