Product news: Alpina presents a cool helmet collection for children of all ages

23 May 2018 by Andrew Waldera

Market: Alpina has been manufacturing goggles and helmets for sporting activities for over 35 years. The developers at Alpina not only focus on the "big ones", but also on the kids. With the children's bicycle helmets, the Bavarian company wants to guarantee the youngsters maximum protection, whether on their own bike, in a balance bike or in a child trailer. Despite the protection, style must not be neglected, as the collection impressively proves.

XIMO FLASH

The Ximo Flash was specially developed for the youngest offspring. With fine decals and great colors, this helmet makes children's hearts beat faster. For optimal head protection, the helmet is lower in the rear area. The edges are also finished with Edge Protect. The integrated air openings should ensure adequate ventilation, but at the same time prevent direct sunlight. Thanks to the flat design in the back of the head, the helmet is particularly suitable for child seats and child trailers. The removable Multi-Fit Light provides additional security. The Ximo Flash can be individually adjusted using the three-dimensional Run System Classic Slide. Alpina recommends Mitzo goggles with this helmet to protect your eyes. The Alpina Ximo Flash children's helmet is available in various sizes and designs at a price of EUR 44,95 each.

ALPINA PARK JR.

Equipped with an impact-resistant hard shell, Hi-EPS core and strategically placed ventilation openings, the Alpina Park Junior children's helmet is ideal for both the play street and the BMX track. Thanks to the modern run system, the robust helmet can be perfectly adjusted. The Alpina Park Junior is available in sizes 51 - 55 cm in trendy solid colors and with a cool White Monkey design. Would you like an even cooler look? Then you also need the Flexxy Teen glasses! The price for the crazy helmet is 39,95 euros.

CARAPAX JR. FLASH

The Carapax Jr. Flash is a stylish enduro helmet for children. So it is hardly surprising that this children's helmet has many features of the "big" model. Inmold technology is just as natural with the Alpina Carapax Jr. Flash as the Edge Protect refinement of the edges and the lowered temple and rear sections. Large ventilation openings should ensure sufficient cooling even during heated activities. Of course, the Carapax Jr. Flash can also be optimally adapted to the shape of the head using the Run System Classic. On the back of the children's helmet there is also the Multi-Fit Light for extra visibility. With this model, too, Alpina has the perfectly fitting glasses ready with the Flexxy Youth. The helmet is available in sizes 51 – 56 cm in three versions at a price of 74,95 euros each.
