General: Kenda Enduro One racing series starts the 2018 season in Winterberg

MTB News: In just under two weeks, the Kenda Enduro One racing series will start the new season as part of the iXS Dirt Master Festival. The varied route will run through parts of the Winterberg Trail Park, which only opened in 2015. Around 35.000 visitors are expected to attend the iXS Dirt Master Festival again this year.

The popular Enduro One racing series is in the starting blocks for 2018! On May 12th and 13th, the starting signal for the first race of the season will be given in Winterberg. As part of the iXS Dirt Master Festival, the series brings the enduro format back to the largest freeride festival in Europe. At the start of the season, the riders can be sure of a large and euphoric crowd. Every year around 35.000 visitors come to Winterberg for the iXS Dirt Master Festival. With the staging of the first run of the Kenda Enduro One racing series 2018, the festival will be even more attractive and also more suitable for mass sports. The festival takes place with a large supporting program from May 10th to 13th. Things will get serious for the enduro riders on May 12th and 13th. On Saturday, in addition to the training and the prologue, the junior races and the special stages E1 E-Bike are on the program. The main race is traditionally held on Sunday. Entry to the race is free for visitors.

Saturday, 12th May 2018

  • 09.00 a.m. to 14.00 p.m.: starter set issue
  • 10.00:1 am: EXNUMX Wild Childs with guide
  • 11.00:14.00 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.: Training
  • 14.00:1 p.m.: EXNUMX Wild Childs awards ceremony
  • 14.15 p.m.: Special stage E1 e-bike
  • 15.15:XNUMX p.m.: Drivers briefing
  • 15.30 p.m.: Prologue followed by an award ceremony Prologue, announcement of the starting grid and routes for Sunday

Sunday 13. May 2018

  • 08.30 a.m. to 09.00 p.m.: starter set issue
  • 09.15:XNUMX p.m.: Drivers briefing
  • 09.30 a.m.: Main race (individual start time according to prologue result) followed by the award ceremony
