Cycling: After the first stage, Fernando Gaviria (Quick-Step Floors) also won the second leg of the Tour of Colombia. The Colombian sprinted across the line in the leader's jersey ahead of compatriot Juan Sebastian Molano (Manzana Postobon) and Italy's Matteo Malucelli (Androni-Sidermec-Bottecchia).

Gaviria extends his lead
Yesterday there should be a mass sprint at the Colombia Oro y Paz. The flat profile led the riders over 183,4 kilometers with start and finish in Palmira. The Quick-Step Floors team had everything under control again and didn't give the motivated breakaways a chance. They again tackled the curvy finish sprint at an enormously high pace, so that Fernando Gaviria ultimately just had to complete.
Molano is annoyed with second place
His compatriot is the biggest challenger Juan Sebastián Molano (Manzana Postobon) who finished second again and got annoyed when crossing the finish line. Even if it was a bit tighter yesterday than on the first stage, Gaviria won visibly sovereign. He has every right to be happy, because the new sprint star from Quick-Step Floors is already celebrating his third stage win in 2018.
