Spectrum: Stuttgart-based Paul Lange & Co. OHG is expanding in the e-mobility division. New premises with extended possibilities should further optimize the high service quality. High-ranking visitors were present at the official inauguration in Bad Cannstatt: Yoshihiro Hirata, Executive Vice President of Shimano, insisted on symbolically cutting the ribbon for the opening together with the shareholders of Paul Lange & Co. OHG.
The German Shimano general importer Paul Lange continues to make significant progress in the e-mobility segment. The new e-mobility center in Stuttgart's Bad Cannstatt district has three state-of-the-art, well-equipped service stations that not only offer sufficient capacity for the recently created additional staff position, but also create space for future staff expansion. Another advantage of the new e-mobility center is the physical proximity to the in-house test course. Necessary tests for service cases can be carried out even faster and more easily. The Stuttgart-based company is also planning further increases in capacity in the area of training and education for dealers and manufacturers.
"We are very pleased that Mr. Hirata, a member of SHIMANO's closest management team, has inaugurated our new e-mobility center," says Bernhard Lange. “This clearly shows the great importance that SHIMANO attaches to the topic of electromobility. Especially with regard to e-bikes, which are often used as a daily means of transport for commuters and for which a longer failure can have serious consequences, it is important that a fast and direct service can be guaranteed," Bernd Lange continues. Of course he is happy that the SHIMANO STEPS system has proven to be very reliable and that only a few service cases occur. With the new possibilities in the e-mobility center in Bad Cannstatt, you are now well prepared to be able to help quickly and directly if the worst comes to the worst.
