The Swedish clothing manufacturer POC presents a new clothing line for ambitious hobby cyclists for spring/summer 2017. The so-called Fondo Gradient collection follows the motto "towards the peaks" and is inspired by three legendary climbs in cycling: the Muur van Geraardsbergen, L'Alpe D'Huez and the Passo dello Stelvio.
With the Fondo Gradient Classic and Gradient Light Jersey, the series offers two lightweight cycling jerseys made of breathable and quick-drying polyester fabric. The elastic waistband guarantees a comfortable fit, the raglan sleeves maximum freedom of movement. Special vertical designs and symbols based on the three mystical climbs represent the different gradients of the individual sections of the route. The two jerseys are also available with a women's specific fit. The Classic comes for €150 and the Light for €140.
With the new Elements Jersey, the Scandinavians also offer a multifunctional variant that, in conjunction with matching arm warmers, adapts to changing conditions and thus forms the perfect all-weather jersey. The outerwear is complemented by the Fondo Bib Short, which has special compression zones in the thigh area. A reflective print on the back ensures improved visibility.
The Fondo Gradient collection is rounded off with various color-coordinated accessories such as socks, caps, gloves and scarves.
