Cycling: Rüdiger Selig (Bora-Hansgrohe) just missed his first win of the season today. After 190,9 kilometers, the Berliner was only beaten by the Dane Magnus Cort Nielsen (Orica-Scott) in the sprint. In the race around the Spanish port of Almeria, a field reduced to 29 men crossed the finish line together. It included two other Germans, Jasha Sütterlin (Movistar) in 22nd place and Silvio Herklotz (Bora-Hansgrohe) in 24th place. Top favorite Bryan Coquard (Direct Energie) finished 105th over three minutes later.
