Market: In 2017, EVOC is expanding its already extensive range of bicycle backpacks and bags. The new EVOC CC series is primarily aimed at weight-conscious riders who also value good back ventilation. If a backpack is already too much for you, you should take a look at the new EVOC Hip Pack Race: A hip bag for the trail.
EVOC CC: Airy backpack in three sizes
With the new EVOC CC, EVOC is making its way further into the lightweight area of bike backpacks. The smallest representative with a volume of 600L weighs just 6g. In addition to the low weight, the main focus during development was on the best possible back ventilation while driving - that's how the backpack got its name: CC stands for Climate Control and through the further development of the Air Pad back system, the contact surface to the back could be even wider be reduced.
EVOC has also given some thought to the choice of material. Every biker knows the problem: at some point your back gets wet, no matter how good the ventilation is, and a few minutes later the padding of the backpack is soaked. At the latest when you take a short break and then throw the backpack back on, you are unpleasantly reminded of the sweaty back padding. The material of the contact surfaces of the EVOC CC absorbs very little liquid and is dry again within a very short time.

EVOC Hip Pack – The biker hip pack
When you thought of hip bags, you thought of tourists from overseas or hip city dwellers, maybe a runner or two - but bikers? That could change in the future - the new hip pack from EVOC was also developed on the advice of the EVOC team riders. If you are often traveling with little luggage, you are not always forced to put on a backpack. For example, during a short lap on the home trail after work. The most necessary biker utensils such as tool, bottle, hose and mini pump fit in the Hip Pack Race and the back remains free.
The so-called Venti Flap System is clever: It regulates the distance between the hip pack and the back and can be adjusted in a fraction of a second with a flick of the wrist, even while riding. So you can take it a little looser and airier during the uphill, but also quickly fix the hip bag tightly again before the descent so that nothing slips back and forth uncomfortably. The inconspicuous bag has a volume of three liters and there is also space for a 1,5l hydration bladder – the tube is attached to the belt with a magnetic clip.
