Even if this dream is still a little far away, at least in this country, Manuel Neuer shows that a heart beats for two-wheelers in the chests of some soccer pros. This is how the world goalkeeper now showed himself with the new Canyon Endurace CF SLX - of course in the Manuel Neuer special edition.
Manuel Neuer has always cycled from home to the FC Bayern Munich training ground anyway – in the future he will do so on Canyon's new endurance top model. At the moment Neuer is preparing for the start of the European Championship together with his national team colleagues in Acona. There, too, Neuer is one of three pros, along with Thomas Müller and Mesut Özil, who prefer to take the bike to the car for training every day.
Neuer also likes to spend balance and individual training units on the bike - many coaches in the soccer field now also use bike tours for cardio units. In future, Neuer will be riding his Canyon Endurace CF SLX 8.0 Di2 with an electronic Ultegra group. As a special treat, Canyon gave the frame a special design with the signature of the world champion goalkeeper and the obligatory number 1.
A small promo video was also created together with Adidas, showing Neuer with the Canyon bike:
