The season was long. Consciously enjoy a time without a bike and relax. Spend more time with the family, read the books you left behind in the summer, go out with friends and acquaintances who are not from the sports environment. You know best what fell short during the season - give those things more time now. Treat yourself to something and go a little over the top. With a clear head and new motivation, you can start preparing for the season.
