Product news: BMC Trailfox models 2016: New colors bring a breath of fresh air

July 20, 2015 by Andrew Waldera

Market: Last weekend, the BMC Factory trail crew presented the new Trailfox colors as part of the fourth round of the Enduro World Series in Samoens. The new and fresh look should correspond exactly to the taste of image-conscious Trailfox riders.

In addition to outstanding performance, the Swiss bicycle manufacturer BMC would like to offer the rider a bike with that certain optical something. The typical black and red livery of the racing team will thus give way to a more aggressive color mix. The colors blue, yellow, red and orange are popular, which should give the modern driver more fun and action. Loud colors that are also extremely popular with snowboarders and freeride winter sports enthusiasts and reflect the addiction to adrenaline.

The Trailfox is available in three models with different equipment. BMC will remain true to the Big Wheel Concept, or BWC for short, with 29-inch wheels next season. BMC's own APS suspension system (Advanced Pivot System) gives the rider a spring travel of a sensitive 150 millimeters at the rear. The manufacturer specifies the frame weight including hardware for the Trailfox 01 (deleted) at 2490 grams. The bike is available in the three sizes S, M and L.
