Product news: Brooks Expedition Line: Modern bike bags with a classic look

Market: With the Expedition Line, the traditional English brand Brooks is bringing a breath of fresh air to the bicycle luggage sector. The bags for racks, handlebars and saddles combine a cotton-like look with the latest functionality.

Behind the classic cotton look is a high-quality polyester (900D x 1200D), which is sealed with a waterproof PU coat. The luggage should therefore be ideally protected in all weather conditions. The Brooks Expedition Line consists of the Isle of Skye handlebar bag, the Isle of Wight saddle bag and the Norfolk Pannier and Suffolk Pannier pannier bags.

Isle of Skye handlebar bag

Like all Expedition Line products, the Isle of Skye handlebar bag is made from certified bluesign material. With the KLICKfix compatible Ortlieb fastening system, the handlebar bag can be quickly and easily attached to the bike or removed again if necessary. A detachable shoulder strap makes it easy to carry off the bike. The Isle of Skye handlebar bag is available at a price of 145 euros.

Isle of Wight saddle bag

The Isle of Wight saddle bag is the ideal companion for every bike tour. The smart bag offers enough space for the multitool and the spare hose, in size L even for a small air pump. The bag, made in Italy, is available in three sizes and costs between 50 and 60 euros.

Norfolk and Suffolk Panniers

The Norfolk bag on the front and the Suffolk bag on the rear of the bike offer plenty of packing space for long tours. These bags also combine the classic design with maximum functionality. Ortlieb's QL2 mounting system allows for quick and easy attachment to the bike. The detachable shoulder strap ensures easy carrying of the bag off the tour. The bags are available for 100 or 120 euros.
