Cycling: The Track World Championships to be held in London next year will be postponed by a week. Date collisions with the rugby tournament "Six Nations Rugby Tournament" made it necessary to postpone the date.
The Six Nations is held annually and is considered the unofficial European Rugby Championship. With the postponement of the date of the Track World Championships, the best possible TV broadcast of the cycling event should continue to be guaranteed. The title fights will now take place from March 2nd to 6th, 2016. The venue for the 2016 Track World Championships is the Lee Valley Velodrome, which was built for the 2012 Summer Olympics.
