cycling: Kuota signs German U23 champion Max Walscheid

September 22, 2014 by the editorial office

Walscheid

Cycling: Max Walscheid will leave the Stölting team and will wear the colors of the Kuota team from Rhineland-Palatinate from 2015. The team led by Florian Monreal has thus secured the services of the reigning German U-23 champion.

The signature of the 21-year-old Neuwieder makes Monreal happy: “We are glad that Max chose us. He is a strong driver and will not only strengthen our U2015 team in the 23 season. And of course the physical proximity to our team headquarters is not a disadvantage either. We are currently working flat out on the team for next year. I am sure that we will be able to present one or the other surprise in the coming weeks.”
