Lifestyle: Summer is coming. Time to plan the next trip. That's what two Welsh people thought as they swung onto their custom-built cyclocross bikes and set off on their journey.

The result is a film about a journey that takes both of them across the Welsh hinterland to the North Sea – almost always following the flight of the crows.
