cycling: 6-day race Rotterdam #2: change of leadership in the Ahoy

4 January 2014 by the editorial office

rotterdam

Jasper de Buyst is the newcomer of the 6-day season. The young Belgian and his partner Kenny de Ketele also seem unstoppable in the Ahoy indoor stadium in Rotterdam. After being in third place after the first night, both set the tone on the second night and not only snatched the lead from the duo Iljo Keisse and Niki Terpstra, they even took a lap from them. The Danish duo Alex Rasmussen and Michael Morkov are currently in third place. The best-placed German is currently Leif Lampater in fifth place. The 6-day race in Rotterdam continues until January 7th.
