The annual largest bicycle fair in the world, the Eurobike in Friedrichshafen, usually begins with the Demo Day. Almost every exhibitor offers their range of innovations for a test drive. Thus, the Demo Day is not only very popular with journalists, but above all with specialist dealers and visitors. What's better than a test drive on a model that won't be available until six months later?
For the organizers and exhibitors of the Eurobike, the Demo Day has been a huge logistical effort in recent years. Until now, it has taken place in Argenbühl, a few kilometers from the actual trade fair. Stands and equipment had to be set up and taken down within a few hours. Demo Day is therefore moving for the coming year. It will now take place on August 26, 2014 in the exhibition center car park east. "The test conditions in the immediate vicinity, the directly adjacent forest, on the dirt roads and the surrounding roads around the exhibition center are very good and offer significant logistical simplifications for visitors and exhibitors alike.", the Eurobike team is convinced that it can continue to offer good test terrain in the future.
2013 exhibitors and brands took part in the seventh edition of the Eurobike Demo Day in August 147 and presented their innovations. "We were very proud to be able to host the world's largest bike test event for six years and wish the Demo Day at the new location continued success", explains Josef Köberle, mayor of the municipality of Argenbühl.
